I am currently “in network” with Cigna and Lyra.
I recommend that all clients contact their insurer to see if they have out of network behavioral health coverage that could potentially offset some of the cost of therapy. Typically, a member services or customer service number can be found on the front or back of your insurance card.
If you do have out of network coverage, you can likely submit a receipt from me in order to receive partial reimbursement from your insurer. However, the details of reimbursement must be confirmed and negotiated with your particular insurer. I will gladly provide a monthly statement of all services billed and provided upon request.
Please note that 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellation of scheduled appointments in order to avoid being billed full fee for a missed session.
As a therapist in private practice, I am not able to offer after-hours or emergency services. What is said in therapy, stays in therapy unless- You want to hurt yourself, You want to hurt someone else, or someone is hurting you? Therapists are mandated reporters.
