I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapeutic services to individuals and families in Tampa, FL and surrounding area since 2013. I earned my Masters in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I serve as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Social Work at the University of South Florida.
I enjoy working with resilient individuals who are seeking to make changes in their lives. I work comfortably with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults in individual, family, or group sessions.
I use a client centered approach to therapy that utilizes a variety of techniques including but not limited to psychotherapy (talk therapy), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques. Together we identify your goals in a supportive environment.
I am an Adoption-Competent Therapist that from early in my career, worked with families and individuals in all stages of the adoption process, from pre-adoption to post-adoption services.
I am available for counseling, guest speaking, or seminars. If you would like to know more about me, feel free to contact me. Let’s talk.
